We're a small studio by design. That means we don't run a constant hiring funnel — but we do keep a running list of people we'd love to work with one day. If that might be you, stay in touch.

We hire two or three people a year, tops. When a seat opens, we usually fill it from a long list of people we've been talking to for months — sometimes years. The list below is how you get on that list.

Who we look for

The bar, in four lines.

Senior.

You've already run your function somewhere else — at least five years, ideally more. We don't train entry-level.

Maker.

You make the thing. Managers who haven't written a line of code / copy / campaign in years aren't the bar.

Direct.

You tell the truth on Monday instead of hoping nobody asks at the quarterly review.

Curious.

You read widely, steal generously, and try new things on weekends because they're fun — not because it's on a roadmap.
