Is there a minimum ad budget?
For retainers, yes — roughly $15k/month in media spend, because below that the management fee eats the returns. Projects and audits have no floor.
Do you manage the budget or do we?
Either. Most clients want us to own pacing and reallocation. Some keep authority in-house — we'll adapt.
Do you do creative in-house?
Yes — still photography, UGC briefs, motion, editing, and creator coordination. We'll also work with your existing studio.
Can we cancel if it's not working?
Yes — 30 days' notice on retainers. If we're not moving the metrics, we'll often say so before you do.
