What does a typical engagement look like?
Most clients start with a 4-week discovery sprint — audits, strategy, measurement plan. From there we move into a rolling retainer, usually 6 months minimum so we have time to build something that actually works.
How much do you cost?
Pricing is scoped to each engagement — we send an exact quote within 48 hours of the first call, so you know what you're signing up for before anything else. We'll walk through ballpark ranges and package options on the call so there are no surprises.
Do you work with startups, or only big brands?
Both. About a third of our roster is Series A–C startups; the rest are mid-market and enterprise. The only constant is ambition — we don't take on clients who just want the lights kept on.
How do you measure success?
Against the business metrics your CFO already tracks — revenue, CAC, LTV, pipeline. Not impressions and reach. Every engagement has a measurement plan before we launch anything.
Who on your team will I actually work with?
A senior strategist as your main point of contact, plus specialists for each channel you engage us on. No junior account managers, no revolving door.
Can you take over an existing campaign or site?
Yes — this is probably half our work. We'll audit what's there, keep what's working, and replace the rest without blowing up performance in the hand-off.
What tools do you use?
Whatever your stack is — Google Analytics, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Ahrefs, Semrush, Figma, Webflow, Shopify, Notion, Slack, Looker Studio. We plug into your world, we don't make you switch to ours.
How fast can we start?
Fastest is 10 days from signed contract to live work. We cap new engagements at 2–3 per quarter to protect existing clients, so availability depends on the month.
